Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing River Paradise Resort. We strive to provide the best possible experience for all our guests, and to ensure that your stay is comfortable and hassle-free, we have established the following booking policy:

  1. Reservation: All reservations must be made through our website or by calling our reservations team directly. To confirm your reservation, we require a valid credit card/Cash at the time of booking. Please note that all rates are subject to availability.
  2. Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total room rate is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to your credit/Debit/Cash card upon check-in.
  3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 72 hours before your arrival date, the deposit will be non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
  4. Early Departure: In the event that you need to check out before your scheduled departure date, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for one night’s stay.
  5. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is at 12:00 Noon and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  6. Children and Extra Beds: We can provide an extra bed for an additional charge.
  7. Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our resort.
  8. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas.
